Heather Ross Book Signing

Had a great time yesterday at Harts Fabric in Santa Cruz, where fabric designer Heather Ross came by for a book signing & to do a fabulous workshop to teach us how to do a custom skirt sloper ( custom pattern to fit my body ). We had just enough time to create our own pattern, so I'll have to try to make the skirt as soon as I return home. I didn't get too many photos of the workshop but my hubby took a few during the book signing. Here's one of Ivi & I with Heather. She was so excited to meet her and kept telling me "she's really pretty, and very nice ". We're heading off to San Francisco but here's a link to more photos I've posted on Flicker
